創業1920年（大正9年）今年（令和6年）に１０4周年を迎える、歴史あるフォトスタジオです
１９２０年、現在の京都大学正門前にスタジオを開業させていただき、２０２4年（令和6年）には104周年を迎えるております。
お客様と永くおつき合いさせていただくことをモットーに歩んでまいりました。
お陰様で、地元の方々だけではなく、大阪や神戸・滋賀など近隣地域からも多数ご来店いただいております。
親子２代・３代に渡るご来場は、私たちの誇りでもあります。
In 1920, Photography Nakao Kyoto was established in front of the current main gate of Kyoto University, and in 2024 (the 6th year of Reiwa), we will celebrate our 104th anniversary. We have been walking with the motto of building long-lasting relationships with our customers. Thanks to your support, we have welcomed not only local residents but also numerous visitors from neighboring areas such as Osaka, Kobe, and Shiga.
The visits spanning two or three generations of families are our pride and joy.

最近多い、短期間で養成した「アルバイトカメラマン」は１人もいません。
弊社のカメラマンは全員、プロとしての訓練を受け、経験を積んでいます。
それは、私たちの制作するお写真が、時代や流行に左右されることなくいつまでも輝いていて、
お客様の大切な想い出をきちんとしたカタチで残したいからです。
思い出はお一人おひとり違うもの、お写真も格安量販店のように同じライティングや構図で撮影するのではなく、毎回担当の撮影者が悩み考え、その時の思い出の残し方をご提案いたします。
We currently do not have any “part-time photographers” who have been trained in a short period, which has become a common occurrence recently. All our photographers have undergone professional training and gained experience. This is because we want our photographs to shine forever, unaffected by the trends of the time, and we aim to preserve our customers’ precious memories in a proper and lasting form.
Each memory is unique to every individual, and unlike the standardized lighting and composition used by budget chain stores, our photographers take the time to consider and contemplate, proposing a personalized approach for capturing the memories of the moment. We want to ensure that each photograph reflects the uniqueness of the memories it captures.

京都市内の独立店舗としては他には見られない、広くて明るいスタジオにて撮影を行います。
ゆったりとした空間でリラックスしていただきながら、じっくり時間をかけて皆様の「今」を残せるよう努めております。
また、お着替え室も完備しておりますので、ご到着後のお召し替えやお着付にもご利用いただくことができます。
We conduct photo shoots in a spacious and bright studio, which is unique among independent stores in Kyoto city. Our goal is to capture the essence of your “now” by providing a relaxed and leisurely environment. We aim to take the time needed to ensure that everyone can feel comfortable and at ease during the photo session.
Additionally, we have a fully equipped changing room, allowing you to change outfits or utilize it for dressing and attire adjustments upon your arrival. Our studio is designed to provide a comprehensive and comfortable experience for our customers.

2004年にフルデジタル化を完了、最新の設備とノウハウを備えています
「歴史は長いけど古いカンジ・・・」とは思わないでください。
京都・中尾写真場は、他に先駆けてデジタル化に取り組み、2004年夏、ついにフルデジタル化を実現しました。
これにより、高品質・短納期にてお写真をお届け出来るとともに、撮影データの保存もネガ撮影の時代より確実になりました。
お写真の仕上がりだけではなく、大切な思い出もきちんと管理致します。
” Having a long history but an old-fashioned feel…” Photography Nakao Kyoto is NOT. We are at the forefront of digitalization, and in the summer of 2004, we finally achieved full digitalization. This allows us to deliver high-quality photos with a short turnaround time, and the storage of shooting data has become more reliable compared to the era of negative film photography. We not only focus on the finish of the photos but also ensure the proper management of your precious memories.
撮影は全てマルチポーズ、たくさん撮ってお気に入りをセレクト
撮影慣れしている方はほとんどおられません。
「カメラの前だとどうしても緊張する」とおっしゃられる方がほとんどです。
弊社では、マルチポーズ（ポーズを色々変えて沢山撮る）方式を標準としておりますので、時間をかけて、色々動いていただきながら、素敵な笑顔を引き出します。
撮影後に「楽しかった！」とおっしゃっていただくことこそが、私たちの目指すところです。
Most people are not accustomed to being photographed, and many express that they inevitably feel nervous in front of the camera. At our studio, we use a multi-pose approach as the standard, encouraging clients to change poses, expressions, and move around while taking plenty of shots. By taking the time and having you move in various ways, we aim to capture wonderful smiles.
Our goal is to hear you say, “It was fun!” after the shoot, as that is what we aspire to achieve.

日頃は気にならなくても、お写真に写ると気になる癖やアングルがあります。
私たちの経験からのアドバイスを積極的にさせていただき、より満足度の高いお写真制作に努めております。
Even habits and angles that may not be noticeable in your daily life can become apparent in photographs. We actively provide advice based on our experience to ensure a photo production that meets your satisfaction. We strive to enhance the overall quality of the photos with our guidance.
Selection – セレクトシステム
記念写真は、大型モニタにてお選びいただくことができます。
ご家族で、ワイワイとご覧いただけて好評です。
セレクトのお時間をおとりいただけない方には、インターネットを経由して、サンプル画像をご覧いただく「オンラインセレクト」もございます。
You can choose your commemorative photos on a large monitor, allowing your family to enjoy the selection process together. This option has received positive feedback. For those who may not have time for in-person selection, we also offer an “Online Select” service, allowing you to view sample images via internet.
On-site – 出張撮影もOK
出張撮影はプロにしか出来ません。光や背景など、美しい写真製作に必要な要素があらかじめ設定されているスタジオとは違い、出張撮影ではあらゆる要素を撮影者が判断し、決定しなければならないからです。
私たちは京都市内・市外を問わず、どちらへも出張撮影をさせていただきます。また、原則として事前に現地に赴き、撮影計画を立案いたします。
私たちは、大切な撮影にご指名いただいたことに心より感謝し、プロとしての最大限の努力を惜しみません。
On-site photography is a task best handled by professionals. Unlike a studio where elements such as lighting and background are pre-set for beautiful photo production, on-site photography requires the photographer to assess and make decisions about various elements during the shoot.
We are available for on-site photography in both Kyoto city and beyond, and we are committed to traveling to any location. As a general rule, we visit the site in advance to plan the photography session. We sincerely appreciate being entrusted with important photo shoots and spare no effort to provide our utmost professional service.
